Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting of Marshchapel Parish Council held via the Zoom app on Tuesday 4th May, 2021 at 7.50pm
Present: Cllrs. P Rickett (Chair); C. Henderson (V. Chair); R. Cordy, S Osbourne, H. Mason & S. Atkin
Apologies: Cllrs R Parkinson & V Claricoates . (Reasons accepted)
Other apologies: Cllr D McNally (ELDC & CC)
Clerk: Mrs P. Plumridge
No members of the public were present.
The minutes of the previous Annual Parish Meeting (2019 – because of cancellation due to Covid lockdown last year) were moved and will be signed. No meeting was held in 2020. Government guidance permitted officers to remain in their current position.

The Chairman did not give a verbal report for the year, but will forward one out by email.
Books Laid Open
The opportunity for the books to be inspected was given by appointment with Clerk. No one expressed an interest.
