2024 Annual Parish Meeting

Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting of Marshchapel Parish Council held in the Parish Council Meeting Room on Tuesday 21st May, 2024 at 7.30pm

Present:  Cllrs. P Rickett (Chair);   S. Osbourne,  C. Henderson,  R Parkinson,   H. Mason  & J Pepper.   

Apologies:  V Claricoates & C Pursey. (Reasons accepted)

Other apologies:  Cllr D McNally (ELDC & CC)

Clerk:     Mrs P. Plumridge

All Cllrs, except Chair, attend this meeting as members of public.

Prevoius Minutes

The minutes of the previous Annual Parish Meeting were moved and signed. 

Matters Arising

The general state of the roads, although still poor has improved slightly.  Parishioners are using ‘Fix my Street’ app.

Chairmans Report

The Chairmans report for the year, has been forwarded out by email.  He is particularly upset about the recent vandalism on the new play equipment.   (Copy attached)

Books Laid Open

The books were available for inspection.
