There will be the Annual Parish Council Meeting of Marshchapel Parish Council on Tuesday 20th May, 2025 at 7.30pm, in the Meeting Room at the rear of the Village Hall.

8. Minutes of previous meeting (11th March, 25) to be moved and signed.
9. Matters Arising,
•
Dyke in Glebe Field – Mr Mossop has stated that ‘it is on his list of things to do’. No further action yet.
•
Road Safety Partnership - This should have been in village towards the end of April or early May. It has been requested that they monitor north approach to village. No report yet.
10. Financial Report.
•
Accept the Internal Auditors Report;
•
Approve the Annual Governance Statement, which has been circulated
•
Approve the Accounting Statement, which has been circulated;
•
Approve financial statement;
•
Bac’s & cheques;
13. Playing Field.-
•
Fence and bench now replaced following accident. Insurance all paid out except for excess of £100 which is outstanding but being chased.
•
Ninja trail on order.
•
Ropes for play equipment, Cllr Claricoates, still trying to source will report back.
•
New rubbish bin still in office.
•
Football team are not being very forthcoming with Cllr Pepper, he will continue to monitor,
•
Cllr Parkinson to report on inspection of holes.
•
Repair/replace swings.

16 Council’s option of closed/confidential session – Resolution if required.
