There will be a Meeting of Marshchapel Parish Council on Tuesday 9 September, 2025 at 7.30pm, in the Parish Council Meeting Room at the rear of the Village Hall.

• Dyke in Glebe Field – Current situation
• Road Safety Partnership – Report forwarded out to Cllrs.
• Roll of honour payment.
7. Financial Report.
• Approve financial statement; (attached), (shows BAC’s payments made, to be listed in minutes)
• Cheques
• Poppy wreath
• Approve recent pay award for Clerk – 3.2%
8. Policy update – Standing Orders & Financial Procedures – forwarded out to Cllrs.
9. Meeting Room refurbishment - painting and decorating, main doors.
10. Playing Field
• Ninja trail; installed during August. Any feedback?
• Ropes for play equipment, - we now have a possible supplier.
• New rubbish bin - still in office.
• Football team, anything to report?
• Cllr Parkinson to report on inspection of holes.
• Replacement/repair swings – in progress
• Any progress on concrete pad?
