Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting of Marshchapel Parish Council held in the Parish Council Meeting Room on Tuesday 12th May, 2025 at 7.35pm
Present: Cllrs. P Rickett (Chair); C. Henderson, R Parkinson, J Pepper & C Pursey
Apologies: Cllrs S Osbourne; V Claricoates & H Mason (reasons accepted)
Also present: Cllr Robinson

All Cllrs, except Chair, attend this meeting as members of public.
1. Previous Minutes
The minutes of the previous Annual Parish Meeting (20.5.25) were moved and signed.
2. Chairmans Report
The Chairmans report for the year, has been forwarded out by email.
3. Books Laid Open
The books were available for inspection.
