There will be a Meeting  of  Marshchapel Parish Council on Tuesday 10 March, 2026 at 7.30pm, in the Parish Council Meeting Room at the rear of the Village Hall.

4.  Clerk to receive declarations of pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest on any Agenda item in accordance with Localism Act and the Council’s Code of Conduct and Standing Orders.

Payments between meetings
DB card – Voucher – Amazon  £40.00  (already approved)
Bacs – Contractor – Hedge trimming - £105.60
 
Cllr Rickett now has full internet access to account and is able to confirm bacs payments, which need two authorisations
 
8.  Playing Field
• Ropes for play equipment, - current situation
• New rubbish bin - still in office. 
• Football team, letter forwarded out, Cllr Pepper to update
• Any progress on concrete pad?
 
 
9.  Asset Register & land tenancy agreements.
Confirm action with regard to allotment rents, tenants have been contacted with proposals offered by solicitor.
 
10.  Correspondence 
Clerks & Council Direct – newsletter; 
Bank statements 
All incoming emails are monitored by Chair and Clerk. 
Regular incoming emails are from: NALC Newsletter, NALC Chief Exec. Bulletin, NALC Events, these are received weekly. 
LALC Newsletter is received fortnightly and is forwarded out to all Councillors. 
LALC Training Bulletin is received monthly and is forwarded out.
