There will be a meeting of Marshchapel Parish Council on Tuesday 12th May,  2020 at 7.30 pm.

This will be a virtual meeting, members are requested to log in via the ‘ Zoom App’.  A meeting id and password will be emailed to you on the day of the meeting.

Any members of the public who wish to participate are requested to register their intent with the Clerk at least 24 hrs before the meeting and they will then be forwarded the necessary information to allow them to log in.

  1. Brief open meeting for members of public, if present – at discretion of Chair

 

  1. Clerk to receive declarations of pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest on any Agenda item in accordance with Localism Act and the Council’s Code of Conduct and Standing Orders.

 

  1. Minutes of previous meeting to be moved, (signature at later date).

 

  1. Matters Arising as per Clerk’s report and any further update from Chairman.
  1. Ratify decision taken to delegate powers to Clerk, Chair and Vice.

6.     Financial Report –

  1. Receive Internal auditors report;
  2. Complete and sign the Annual Governance Statement;
  3. Adopt and sign the  Accounting Statements;
  4. Adopt and sign the  Certificate of Exemption.
  5. Ratify cheques between meetings and sign 2 cheques as detailed on Clerks Report. (LALC & Zurich).
  6. Propose prize money for Poster competition.

 

  1.   Planning.  Between meetings N118/00670/20 – M. Lingard, alterations to Butchers shop, already in progress, however supported with comment that it was a shame to lose  business premises.                   N/118/00706/20 – S. Worrell, West Ed Farm, extension, supported.

8 .  Council’s  Option  of  Closed/Confidential  Session – Resolution if required.

9. Date and Time of Next Meeting -   To be arranged pending lockdown conditions, provisionally 9th June, 2020.    If necessary further ‘Zoom’ meeting will be held.
