There will be a meeting  of Marshchapel Parish Council on Tuesday, 14 November 2023 at 7.30pm, in the Meeting Room at the rear of the Village Hall.

5.  Minutes of previous meetings  (12.09.23 & 28.09.23) to be agreed and signed.
 
6.  Matters Arising,
• Christmas tree/flag pole - Cllrs grant received, tree purchased.
• Nets purchased for U14 football team; do we store or return for credit note?
• T Jacklin agreed to finish pruning at VH.
• Further update on school parking; Head replied.
• Plaque obtained for table; (agreed between meetings)
• War Memorial maintenance – as a result of ‘Spotted’ advert, Parishioner has offered to maintain the War memorial on a regular basis, voluntarily.
 
7.  Financial Report.
• Approve financial statement; (attached)
• Cheques;
 
8.  Co-option of new Councillor. Acceptance of Office and DPI to be completed.
 
9.  Village Hall & PC Office – follow up on Trustees letter.

• Inspection took place in August, report to be followed up.
• Lottery funding applied for, for equipment and seating.
