Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held in the Parish Meeting Room on Wednesday 12th January, 2022 at 7.00 pm
Present: Cllrs. P Rickett (Chair); C. Henderson & V Claricoates
Apologies Cllrs. Osbourne, Parkinson, Mason, Atkin & Pursey
Clerk: Mrs P. Plumridge
Chair welcomed everybody. Due to Covid risks this meeting has been changed to a short meeting solely to approve precept.
56.21 - Open meeting for Members of Public
No members of public.
57.21 – Clerk to receive declarations of pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest on any Agenda item in accordance with Localism Act and the Council’s Code of Conduct and Standing Orders.

58.21 – Financial
In consultation with Chief Exec at LALC we have been advised that if we have a quorum (3) we can approve precept budget, previously circulated to all Councillors.
Cllr Rickett proposed we accept the precept budget of £12,127 as circulated. Cllr Henderson seconded and all were in favour.
59.21 – Chairmans Items
Chair has suggested that we move to alternate months for meetings.
60.21 – Date and Time of Next Meeting
Tuesday 8th March at 7.30 pm
